The Department of Economics has conducted Association function on 26th September 2017 in the Presence of Dr. R. M.SANGEETHA II M.A Economics, Secretary, Economics Association has given the Welcome address. Dr. N. THANGARAJ , Principal, Kandaswami Kandar’s College, Velur has presided over the function.
The Head of the Department of Economics Dr. P.LOGANATHAN, Associate Professor & Head Department of Economics has introduced the Chief Guest, Mr.D. GURUMURTHI Cane Development Officer (CDO), The Salem Co-Opreative Sugar Mill Ltd, Mohanur. The chief guest gave a special lecture on “Sugarcane Production in Mohanur Taluk” that has been very informative and impressive and also useful to the students. Finally Selvan K. SARAVANA KUMAR III BA Economics, Joint Secretary, Economics Association has given Vote of Thanks.
