Report on “AWARENESS PROGRAMME ON PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND CYBERCRIME”
The Women Development Cell of Kandaswami Kandar’s college conducted an awareness programme on “Prevention of sexual harassment and cybercrime” at Auditorium on 27.09.2018. Dr. I. Sarumathi, M.Com,. M.B.M., M.B.A., Ph.D., NET., Principal, Annai Women’s College, Punnamchathiram, Karur, was the guest speaker of this programme. Nearly 600 girls students were participated and they acquired knowledge about the prevention of sexual harassment as well as cybercrime. Dr. N. Thangaraj, Principal, Kandaswami Kandar’s College presided over the programme. Dr. S. Parvathi, Assistant Professor of Economics and Convener women development cell welcomed the august gathering. Dr. P. Nirmala, Assistant professor of Commerce, introduced the chief guest. Mrs.P. Thamizhchelvi Assistant professor and head, Department of History, proposed Vote of thanks. Dr. M. Arunarani, Mrs. B. Malathi, Dr.Vimala, members of women development cell made all the arrangements to organize a programme in a successful manner.
